Will someone be there to open the centre when we arrive?

Yes. A trustee or volunteer will be there to open the centre at the start of your booking. Please make sure your booking allows enough time to set up before your event begins.

Do you have tables and chairs we can use?

Yes. We have around 30 tables in various sizes and approximately 100 chairs, which you are welcome to use. Please return them to the storeroom after use.

Do you have an audio system we can use?

Yes. The hall has an audio system that can be connected to by Bluetooth or a 3.5 mm audio cable. A cable is not provided. Please ask for instructions when you arrive.

Will a bouncy castle fit in the hall?

We have hosted a variety of bouncy castles in the hall. The hall roof is approximately 15 feet high, although most hirers use a standard-sized castle. The supplier must have appropriate insurance and provide mats and sandbags to secure it safely.

Can we use the kitchen?

Yes. Kitchen use can be added to your booking for GBP 10. Please arrange this before your event. The kitchen must be left as you found it and may only be used for reheating and serving food, not cooking.

Where can our guests park?

Parking is available behind the community centre outside school hours. This car park belongs to the school, so please do not use it while the school is open. There is also a large car park on the other side of the Co-op.

Hiring the community centre

The community centre is available for hiring for both single or regular use. It is very popular for parties and books up quickly.

Do you need access to the kitchen for food preparation (not cooking) and drinks, or request our bar service? If you do then this can be added to your booking for a small charge.

10% Discount
Available to regular customers who book between 5 and 10 sessions.
20% Discount
Available to regular customers who book more than 11 sessions.

GAMES ROOM

We can now bring you our new games room equipped with a shooting range, racing car simulator, air hockey table and arcade cabinets with 1000’s of games (+ more to come). This is fantastic fun for the older children (and parents!!) with plenty to do.

Does your child like games such as Fortnight and Minecraft? Do they like playing with their friends online? Our games room is now equipped with an amazing gaming cabinet which fills an entire wall. With six 40″ screens it will certainly keep your party guests entertained and with prices from just £30 an hour, it is great value for money.
